As affluence and huge amounts of information has increased, it has created a lack of responsibility, action, and leadership.
Without the experiences of action that tests and develops an individual, there is little learning of self, to develop inner mission and purpose. Gaining a higher-education or book knowledge, and theories in a classroom, does not inspire nor teach one about themselves to become a strong servant leader.

Using the synthesis of proven development methodologies, rather than experimental methods develops strong leaders. Engaged in experience of learning about yourself, grows leadership skills.
