Previously, he excelled in positions with two Fortune 500 companies, Becton-Dickinson & General Electric in highly trusted positions in creating and building strategic alliances and partnerships while deepening important global relationships.

He is a life-long sailor who held a United States Captains License for decades. Has led outdoor adventures to build inner-strength of individuals, small teams to discover their unique meaning and purpose, while developing important life-skills.  He enjoys the great outdoors, field sports, music, art, sailing, fly fishing, and hiking with their family dog, Duke. He and his wife live in Connecticut where they raised their family.
